“How did you find LHU?”
I’ve been asked and have tried to answer that question quite a few times. LHU went on my radar because of a simultaneous BA-paralegal certification program. There were only so many programs that offered that in the country, and fewer that I would be remotely interested in. It wasn’t until after I was accepted did I learn that it was shut down. (How typical of LHU, I would later learn.) Still, I explored the school. It was cheap for an out-of-state school and had an impressive internship program which outweighed the lack of the paralegal courses. I wanted to get OUT of NJ so I made LHU work. Easily the best decision I’ve ever made in many ways.
But wouldn’t you know it – I got an email from the alum association last week announcing a “new” paralegal certification starting this fall at the university.
