Update: The ‘Wild’ Story Of Cheryl Strayed and Her Long-Lost Half Sister

I reviewed Wild and read Strayed’s Dear Sugar column at The Rumpus so my eyes perked up when I saw this headline this morning. I can’t imagine finding out about a half-sibling in adulthood! The article tells the sister’s story of realization and then delves into questions about what constitutes a family and how that personal definition can change over time.

I also love the line: “On the unexpected ways that life unfolds” – that’s so very true.
